For hygiene purposes all sales are FINAL. If you can not use the product due to any type of allergy please contact me within (3) days of receiving product & I will accommodate you. I aim to please so if you are unsatisfied or have any complaints, please contact me immediately.

Every item is made to order & is ready to ship within 3-14 days (custom orders may take longer if I have to order specific items). If it is a custom order it may take longer if the ingredients needed are not on hand, but you will be made aware of that immediately. All items are shipped via USPS mail & come with a delivery confirmation number. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Shipping is a third party service. Consequently, I have no control over unfavorable delivery time, damage or the misplacing of an item. If this unfortunate event happens, please contact USPS to complain but also make me aware.

Please use the following safety precautions when using these products. Please be careful in the shower while using the body exfoliating scrubs as the oil can make the shower floor slippery. Some products contain essential oils which can be harmful to pregnant woman - usually until the third trimester but ask your doctor before use. Unfortunately, some products can not be made without essential oils but I have pregnancy safe options. I also have vegan options available. Do not use body scrubs on sunburned skin, rashes or irritated skin. Keep out of eyes. If very sensitive skin test small area first. Safe if ingested but not made to eat. External use only. Stop use if skin irritation occurs.

DO NOT GET WATER IN ANY PRODUCT AS IT WILL CONTAMINATE THEM. For the body scrubs, I recommend using them every other day. Use the lotion daily, this will help with aging & keep your skin hydrated which also helps with premature aging. Keep all products away and out of eyes. Do not use body scrubs on sunburned skin, rashes, open wounds or irritated skin. If very sensitive skin test small area first. Safe if ingested but not made to eat. External use ONLY. Stop use if skin irritation occurs. These products have not been reviewed by the FDA.
